We are seeking a dynamic senior business operations leader to evolve and strategically up-level all aspects of the organization’s daily operations and management of resources including its business systems and software, management and coordination of our physical office space, process improvement, telephone, computer, and other work-related asset management and coordination.
This position will report directly to our CEO.
In this role, you will work across all of the organization's functions to ensure that processes are standardized and streamlined in order to support the work of our Public Policy, HR, Accounting, Business Development/Sales, Partner Success, Communications & Media teams and be a key member of the leadership team to offer recommendations to enhance overall organizational performance and cost management. You’ll drive a variety of different projects ranging from high-level operational goals to hands-on day-to-day technical operational needs to ensure that SVLG’s priorities and its member companies are effectively supported.
